• Payment must be made in full before delivery
• We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and card payments

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location. We deliver throughout Kenya.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be in original condition
• Custom orders are non-refundable
